1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CartPOS mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CartPOS is a point-of-sale mobile application designed for small businesses. The service includes:

• Point of sale billing
• Inventory management
• Customer credit tracking (Khata)
• Expense tracking
• Multi-language support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

CartPOS offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the full features.

Subscriptions are purchased on our website and activated using a unique activation code. Payment is processed through Razorpay.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up your business data. CartPOS provides backup and restore functionality that you should use regularly.

We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or failure to maintain backups.

7. Intellectual Property

The CartPOS application, including all content and materials, is the property of TaddsTechnology and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will meet your requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will be secure or available at all times

You use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or cost of data recovery
• Any damages arising from your use of the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaddsTechnology from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
